Explaining body contouring

"These services are cosmetic — they're designed to help your body look smoother and more contoured. They aren't a weight-loss treatment and they don't replace healthy habits. Most people see the difference gradually over a series of sessions."

Setting realistic expectations

"I want to be honest with you so you're happy with your results. I can't promise a specific number of inches or a dress size. What I can promise is a consistent plan, careful documentation and photos so we can both see your progress."

Explaining multiple sessions

"This works best as a series. We'll take measurements and photos each visit so we can look at real progress instead of guessing, and we'll adjust the plan together."

Explaining aftercare

"Your results are partly built after you leave. Here's your written aftercare — hydration, movement and gentle care of the area. Text me if anything feels unusual."

When she expects instant results

"I hear you — you want to see it today. Some people notice a difference right away and some don't, and that's normal. Let's compare your photos at session three; that's where the change usually shows."

Recommending follow-up

"Based on your goals, I'd like to see you again in [X]. Staying on schedule matters more than any single session — can we get your next visit booked before you leave?"

Declining for a safety concern

"Thank you for telling me — that's exactly what I need to know. Because of that, this service isn't appropriate for you right now, and I'm not willing to put you at risk. Once you have written clearance, or once that has resolved, I'd love to get you started. In the meantime, here's what I can offer you today."
